The women who live and produce most of the lesbian events in the Coachella Valley recently met in Palm Springs and decided to come together and join The Women’s Circle under the title – THE PRODUCERS GROUP. The group is a collective of producers and promoters who will work together to increase and enhance the social and cultural activities within the lesbian community. Their goal is to make Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley “the place” for lesbians looking to connect with other women on a year round basis.
Collectively lesbian promoters spend more than $500,000 a year with local businesses. Coming together as a group gives them the economic clout they need to be taken seriously by the political and business factions in the community.
